Design Documentation
CAD based designs produce excellent product control drawings and facilitate system development by quickly providing critical data such as dimensions, weights, etc. Harness drawings can be quickly and economically updated to incorporate changes with results being easily imported into other CAD systems.

Prototype/First Articles
As a standard procedure, we produce an initial prototype which immediately satisfies the need for a first article (or few) to support the program. Importantly, the actual construction of the prototype validates the preliminary design to preclude unforeseen changes to released drawings.

Production Guidelines
As part of the prototype fabrication process, we create a documented procedure for production manufacture of wire harness assemblies complete with tooling and equipment requirements, QC inspection points, and procedure tips.

Production Manufacturing Support
With our many years of experience in working with cable manufacturers and wire harness shops, we can perform a valuable intermediary function in going into production. Alternatively, Chandler Interconnect can supply finished, certified production cables and harness assemblies.
